The long-term service temperature can be stably maintained at 200-240℃, and they can even withstand high temperatures above 260℃ in the short term, which enables them to maintain structural stability and mechanical properties in high-temperature environments, maintaining structural stability without softening or deformation under high temperatures. This ability to insulate against open flames and high-temperature baking helps reduce malfunctions like component burnout and circuit adhesion, thereby lowering equipment maintenance and replacement costs.

In addition, electronic devices such as routers and power adapters need to pass certifications like UL and CE, where fire resistance is a key indicator; using fire-resistant PP boards to make casings allows these devices to easily meet the certification requirements, facilitating their entry into the market while conveying an image of "safety and reliability" to enhance market competitiveness. Moreover, electronic devices like server rooms and office equipment are often placed densely, resulting in limited space and concentrated heat dissipation, which easily leads to high-temperature risks. Fire-resistant PPS boards combine fire resistance with lightweight properties, so the casings made from them are thin and light without increasing the overall volume of the equipment, providing fire protection for densely placed devices and reducing the probability of chain fires.
