PP board (or PP sheet) is a plastic panel primarily made from polypropylene (abbreviated as PP). Our PP boards are lightweight yet durable, with high resistance to corrosion, acid and alkali, as well as moisture and mold-proof properties. They also offer excellent insulation, making them suitable for the electronics and electrical industries. PP boards are easy to process, supporting welding, cutting, and thermoforming, with a wide temperature resistance range (-10°C to 120°C).
What Types of Building Wall Panels Can PP Sheets Be Used As?
Thanks to properties like light weight, weather resistance, and easy processability, PP sheets can be used as wall panels in various building scenarios that have specific requirements for wall performance, such as industrial and warehousing buildings, temporary and prefabricated buildings, and auxiliary spaces in civil and commercial buildings.
Core Adaptability
Moisture-resistant and non-absorbent, not easily deformed in humid environments such as balconies and underground garages, avoiding the mildew problem of traditional wooden panels.
Fire resistance meets the fire safety requirements of auxiliary spaces, reducing fire hazards.
Available in various colors and with a neat appearance, customizable according to the style of civil/commercial scenarios, balancing practicality and aesthetics.
Resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, capable of withstanding erosion from volatile chemicals in workshops and moist moisture in warehousing environments, preventing walls from rusting or mildewing.
Lightweight (density of approximately 0.9g/cm³), which imposes low load-bearing requirements on the main building structure, making it suitable for rapid enclosure of large-span workshops.
Smooth surface for easy cleaning, allowing easy wiping of workshop dust and warehouse stains, reducing daily maintenance costs.
Flexible and impact-resistant material, not easily damaged during transportation and installation; easy to cut and splice, significantly shortening the construction period.
Basic thermal insulation (can be combined with insulation layers) to meet the basic temperature control needs of temporary buildings and improve indoor comfort.
Detachable and reusable, more environmentally friendly than traditional brick walls, aligning with the "flexible turnover" demand of temporary buildings.
